New Templates - Round II
We've implemented a few new templates during the week. I know I'm a tad late in posting about them (sorry) - and I blame this partly on our office manager (aka: Pelei) for interrupting my work. She didn't quite like the fact that I was paying more attention to my computer than to her. As you can see, she's rather unimpressed by her photo being taken as well. We'll be sure to give her some extra attention this weekend considering how busy this week has been.
But, we have got a few new templates up, with actually more in the works. We'd like to introduce new templates on a regular basis, so look forward to more updates.
Impact and Impact Caramel
As you may have noticed, we are making templates that focus on what a photoblog is all about - the photos. Impact and Impact Caramel (I love caramel), offer a nice amount of space for your photos with links, archives and gallery components as well.
Sensorchip 1 and Sensorchip 1 in Blue
Andy of Sensorchip was kind enough to send us some template ideas. This is one of them (hence the name of course) and again brings the focus to your photo. We've created a spot at the top of the page to list your galleries so folks can browse your previous shots. Other components haven't been added, but you can always add these in if you wish.
Round Here
This is currently only available in dark grey, although other colour versions are in the works. Round Here showcases the ability to have your Recently Added thumbnails in grid layout. It's a little something different. We do advise that you not post images larger than 800pixels (even that is a little large for some resolutions, so be careful).
As we mentioned, there are more to come. We've introduced a number of advanced templates and next we'll add in some basic templates. If you have any requests, suggestions, ideas, needs etc. for either an advanced or basic template, let us know - . We'll do whatever we can to add in your ideas.
